For incidents that occur outside office hours, it is necessary to call to the telephone number provided to the entity when it’s connected to CATNIX. The office hours, which are governed by the Barcelona public holiday calendar, are the following ones: from the second two weeks of September to the first two weeks of June, from 9.00 to 18.00 from Monday to Thursday; and Friday, from 9.00 to 14.30. From the second two weeks of June to the first weeks of September, from 8.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m., Monday to Friday.
