IXP Manager is a tool developed by INEX for Internet Exchange Points (IXPs), which integrates functionalities for managing the exchange point and provides a portal for members. Through the portal, members can access detailed statistics by port, aggregate, switch, P2P connections, and more. For example, it is possible to view the traffic exchanged with each peer and identify potential missing peerings.
The new platform also includes an updated Looking-Glass interface, offering visibility into the routes announced at CATNIX. This enhancement improves network transparency and diagnostics.
Members can access the portal using their PeeringDB account via the “Login with PeeringDB” option. With this new tool, CATNIX takes another step forward in improving the services offered to its members, providing more information, greater control, and a better user experience.
