Introducing CATNIX to the Latin America and the Caribbean IXPs association (LAC-IX)

Maria Isabel Gandia, Head of Communications at the Consorci de Serveis Universitaris de Catalunya (CSUC), has presented the Catalan IXP to members of LAC-IX, the IXP of Latin America and the Caribbean.

In “CATNIX: challenges and experiences“, Gandia provides an overview of this IXP over its 22-years-history, focusing on the goals achieved and the challenges under the perspective of managing an internet exchange point.

The purpose of the conference has been guiding the Latin America and the Caribbean IXPs with examples to accelerate their development.
